My name is Shakeba DuBose and I established The DuBose Law Firm, LLC and TDLF Healthcare Compliance Consulting Group, LLC to offer legal and compliance consulting services to healthcare providers and health services organizations. It is my goal to become the go-to law firm and compliance consulting company for solo and small practices as well as small health services organizations.

I have dedicated my entire career to the health care industry starting as an intern at an assisted living community in Birmingham, Alabama, to interning at two large healthcare systems in Phoenix and Sun City, Arizona, to completing a fellowship at the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Medical Center, to clerking with the Center for Medicare Advocacy in Washington, D.C. I have developed my career as an attorney representing a state Medicaid agency, as in-house counsel with a Medicaid managed care company, and now, as a solo practitioner representing health care providers and organizations.
